Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or use KaalMap. By continuing you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the details you submit are accurate.
Nature of the service
KaalMap provides astrology-based timing guidance calculated from the birth details and question you submit. It is for reflection and decision support only. Timing Strength is KaalMap's internal measure of comparatively stronger or weaker astrological support — it is not a probability of success, an accuracy rating, or a guarantee that any event will or will not happen. Guidance, not guarantees.
What you receive
A free preview of your analysis, and after payment a personalized written report for each question in your package, covering your current phase, timing windows with exact dates, caution periods, a 90-day map, a 12-month outlook and practical suggestions, available on the site in your chosen language and by email, with a printable/PDF version.
Delivery
Reports are digital. Generation normally completes within a few minutes of successful payment; larger multi-question packages take longer. See the Digital Delivery Policy.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees before payment and the amount displayed at checkout is the total amount payable for that purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; KaalMap does not store your card, UPI or bank details.
Refunds
Because reports are personalized digital content generated on demand, delivered orders are generally non-refundable, subject to the exceptions listed in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
Submit accurate birth details and a clear question. Results depend on the data you provide. Decisions you take after reading a report remain your own.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse, copy, resell, republish, automate access to, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the service. Reports are for your personal use.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KaalMap's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for decisions, losses or outcomes arising from your use of the guidance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
