Delivery method
KaalMap is a digital service. No physical product is shipped and no delivery charges apply.
Generation time
Report generation begins immediately after payment is verified. A single-question report usually completes in a few minutes; 3-question and 5-question packages take longer because each question is analysed separately. Progress is shown on screen while the report is being prepared.
How you receive it
Your report opens on the KaalMap website as soon as it is ready, is saved to the email address you entered, and can be printed or saved as a PDF. A copy is also emailed to that address.
If delivery is delayed
If your report does not appear, reopen the site with the same email, or contact support@kaalmap.com with the payment reference. Undelivered paid orders are either completed or refunded.
