What we collect
Name, date, time and place of birth, the question you write, email address, optional phone number, chosen report language, payment status and transaction references from the payment provider, the reports generated for you, your consent record, and basic technical information such as device/browser details used for security and error diagnosis.
Why we use it
Your details are used only to calculate your chart, generate and deliver your personalized report, save it so you can access it again, verify payment and package credits, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Consent
You provide explicit consent at checkout before payment. The consent text, the policy version and the timestamp are stored with your record. Marketing emails are sent only if you separately opt in, and you can withdraw that at any time by writing to support@kaalmap.com.
Service providers we use
Razorpay processes payments (KaalMap does not store card, UPI or bank details). Our cloud hosting and database provider stores your account, orders and generated reports. A mapping/place-lookup provider resolves your birthplace to coordinates. An AI text service is used only to phrase explanations around calculations already produced by KaalMap. These providers process data on our instructions.
Retention
Reports, orders, package credits and consent records are retained while your KaalMap access is active and thereafter as needed for support, accounting, dispute handling and legal requirements. You may request earlier deletion as described below.
Access, correction and deletion
Write to support@kaalmap.com from the email used for your purchase to request a copy of your data, a correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion. We verify the request before acting. Deleting your data also removes access to previously generated reports and any unused package credits. Records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons are retained for the required period.
Security
Access to personal data is restricted, payment pages are handled by the payment provider, and the site is served over HTTPS. No online service can promise absolute security, so please keep your access link and email secure.
Age requirement
KaalMap is intended for users aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes
